Which areas do you cover?
The majority of our land surveys are carried out across Cornwall and Devon, although we do travel further afield and can carry out surveys across the UK.
What size surveys do you undertake?
We undertake land surveys of varying sizes, from a small single plot to large strategic developments spanning hundreds of acres.
I am not sure what I need for my project, can you help?
Absolutely, we have undertaken 100’s of measured survey projects so know what is usually required depending on what you are looking to build. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your project.
I need to obtain a quote, what information do I need to provide?
To provide a quote for a survey we will require the following information:
Your name and email address.
The address and postcode of survey site.
A photo or plan of the site marked up to show the complete area to be surveyed.
The survey specification and any additional notes.
You can provide this information via email or use the contact form.
How long does a survey take to complete?
When obtaining a land survey quotation, we provide an estimated timeframe for the survey to be completed within.
How quickly can you get my data back?
What format are the survey results supplied in?
Drawings are produced in DWG format using Autodesk AutoCAD. We also supply an accompanying PDF version for easy mark up and convenient sharing.
Do you survey listed buildings?
Yes, many of our measured building surveys are of listed or historic buildings for conservation and restoration projects.
Do you carry out ground investigation or soil sampling?
No, but we work closely with a number of companies that do and will be happy to make recommendations.
